• Harbor Room is a truly unique room located right on the water, and the wow-factor is guaranteed! Max capacity is 320 for seated dinner and dancing. 
• Ocean Room is located on the second floor and has a beautiful ocean view from and cathedral ceiling. Capacity is up to 170 wedding guests. 
• Tented events. The best option for an outdoor Cape Cod wedding venue. Beach or lawn locations, up to 500 guests. 
• Hydrangea Room. Perfect for space for smaller events like rehearsal dinner or birthday parties with up to 120 guests. It is often used as a cocktail hour area for a wedding with a reception at Harbor Room.
