Cape Cod engagement photos
Cape Cod engagement photos
Hi guys! Today I want to share my favorite Cape Cod engagement photos of 2019. I did this photoshoot for Haley and Pat, owners of Cape Clasp. If you’ve never heard of them you should definitely check their website and Instagram asap. Their products are awesome and the idea of taking care of Cape Cod’s nature and the ocean is great.
Because we did Cape Cod engagement photo session in November and New England’s weather could be tough we decided to choose the date according to the forecast. Hopefully, the weather was awesome for this time of year and we had a stunning sunset.
To be honest with you I don’t like and never would suggest Sandy Neck beach as a place for portraits on Cape Cod during summer tourist season. Too packed with people all day long plus one of few beaches on Cape where you can have a campfire at night and you can drive to this beach if your car is 4wheel drive. But November (read: off-season!) is my favorite. The weather is still decent if you don’t go for a swim 😉 and there are no people and you can use any location for your Cape Cod engagement photos.
It took us about an hour to do all the pictures. We started one hour before the sunset on the beach and we used Pat’s 4runner for some creative photos and then we went to the dunes where we were so lucky to get beautiful sunset pictures. Mr. Fish ( Haley and Pat’s dog) was so excited and ran like crazy all the time but at the same time was involved in the photo shoot process and made these photos even more spectacular.
Hope you guys love these photos!
